Is it time to say showing off your flab is not OK in the same way saying too skinny is not OK? I blame the media for making people think it is OK to be overweight. They were once saying it was OK to be skinny! /scrubs out eyeballs.

Let me guess, it's a book for only €15.99 on Amazon somewhere ? Evolution would've naturally deselected fat people if it was truly bad. In fact, the potato famine may naturally selected fat people to survive because they had either fat reserves or a slower metabolism. If everyone in the world were as thin as people expect them to be, then a short food shortage of say 10 days would wipe out most of the population. There is a reason why people come in all shapes and sizes. The reason is that nature has wiped out all those who are standardised.
