Oh hi there... If you don't have a clue what Couch To 5K is, it's a gradual introduction to running, paced over nine weeks, which builds you up from running for 60 seconds at a time in week 1, to running 5K or 30 minutes by the end of week 9.

There are several podcasts available which you can listen to while running, which tell you when to jog and when to walk. Some of the ones I've found are:
Robert Ullrey's Podcasts For Running (walk/jog instructions, fairly dodgy music)
Running Into Shape (walk/jog instructions, better music)
Couch To 5K, by Iestyn Lloyd (just the walk/jog instructions - can add your own music)
Podrunner Intervals, by DJ Steve Boyett (haven't tried it, but I think it beeps to tell you when to change pace)
