One of the guys who used to train with us is from Tenerife and when he was back home last summer he went to the gym (there's a couple of phenomenally equipped gyms over there, some of the Eastern Bloc countries & the Germans spent a lot of money establishing training camps there for the winter months) and next thing in rocks Matthias Steiner, Almir Velagic and a few other European/ Olympic champions who were over for a training week. He spent the day training with these guys, watching Matthias Steiner do casual 230kg clean doubles without breaking a sweat.

Then he went out for the night with them and they got off their faces drinking Tequila

He has it all documented in a facebook photo album - truly Epic
