The Great Irish Vanilla Coke Hunt

After yearning for Vanilla Coke yesterday (I loved the stuff), it has come to my attention that the coca cola site has relisted Ireland as a seller of Vanilla coke.

So if anyone can find any vanilla coke in a shop, or lying around, report in!

Yawn. Scanlons Texaco garage Balbriggan = Vanilla Coke, All Tango flavours, cherry coke, cherry 7up, Vimto both fizzy and non-fizzy in either can or bottle.

Londis Balbriggan = Diet Coke with lime, Pepsi twist etc

Captain's Spiced + Coke tastes exactly like Vanilla Coke.

If you're stuck, you can get cans of 'Captain 'n' Cola', but this is not Coke, but rather some other-brand Cola (and of course Coke > everything else)

Smirnoff vanilla vodka mixed with coke. Tastes like vanilla Coke and gets you nice and drunk.

Would prefer it without the extra kick but beggars can't be choosers.

Further evidence needed! I cant remember if ice cream floats (aside from being stink anyway) make the coke any more vanilla-ish? There must be some way to balance out the sharpness of vanilla essence though...

When Smirnoff had their Vanilla Vodka on sale for awhile, you could just mix that with Coke - as another poster said Morgan's Spiced works too...

Adding vanilla essence helps somewhat, but it just isn't the same. It does make it as equally addictive as Vanilla Coke, however.

I've only tried one brand of vanilla flavouring, though. I'll try a few more.
