Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance.... OMG!! The eyeliner and chipped black nail polish does it for me every time. And he has such a sweet/ tortured soul face. I blame it on my earliest memories of music being Marc Bolan and Adam Ant. Nothin like a bit of make up. Though not overkill like Kiss or anything.....
