There are hundreds of videos of military operations by ukraine in sudan. There are pictures of Zelensky with Burhan. There are videos of Ukrainian soldiers with confimed sudanese weapons. I think you are putting your head in the sand and putting on ignore what you should be open to. But what I know.

the country a report comes from should not matter. I withdraw my remark but if your only argument is take it with a pinch of salt its from india they ALL support russia .. I think it sounds biased if you dont even bother to listen to the report. And in this case it turned out to be true.

That indian report has repeated facts that have been widespread in the UK media in Ukrainian media and on Wiki. I dont believe indian media to be any more biased than Uk media.

. Its most advanced serial (not experimental) process is 90 nanometers at the Mikron plant in Zelenograd, a city near Moscow. That is the level TSMC reached in 2004.
I didn't think 90 nanometers was considered current let alone advanced semiconductor tech. But I just looked it up and seemingly Russia still uses it for lots of things like automobiles even.. but its out of date everywhere else.

You don't need the latest fabs for basic computing or items like guidance systems (and a pentium 4 on 90nm is still a capable CPU). The larger nodes can also be more robust and less prone to errors in extreme environments (especially once the process is mature, which may not directly apply to russian fabs).
Memory (3d stacked memory in particular) uses larger nodes as well (though not as large as 90nm).
Its just that nothing would be compatible with it in the west. If you have compatible systems that is a good point. But nothing would work with it here. Nor fit. We are not fitted for it.
