A neighbour of mine died unexpectedly last summer, but she was only on speaking terms with one of her 5 children (and not the one who lived next door to her). Her car moved location (slightly) four times until it ended up in front of my gate. (I wasn't impressed! And nearly mentioned it as a TA,). After two weeks, it disappeared (Yay!). The 'beloved' son gave it to one of his kids, even though probate wouldn't have been sorted.
