The "drone expertise" is (I think, and per article) about cheaply shooting down incoming Shahed drones launched at soft targets in the countries around Iran. i.e. it is defensive. Israel (and the US bases in those countries) will have the lion's share of air defences available, and probably have less of a pressing need for what Ukraine might be able to offer.
Ukraine has a good bit of knowledge about this, all thanks to Russia firing 10s of k of them unprovoked at its cities every day for the last few years, killing civilians.
Iran's govt. of course sold these drones to Russia initially and it transferred the technology in the full knowledge of what it was being used for.

The Gallup poll shows support for a negotiated peace since 2024, so unsure what point that was making beyond the obvious (and 2024 being when support of trump was at its highest from certain posters).

To negotiate you have to have the Russians in the room and that has been a persistent problem. And also, every time there are negotiations, the bombing of Ukrainian cities is intensified. Negotiations right now are just a tactic by Russia to get sanctions lifted or delay new sanctions. The negotiations in Alaska led to the US energy sanctions being delayed and the Trump administration is already talking about lifting oil sanctions on Russia. Witkoff seems to have commercial ties to Russia in the past or now. Caolán Robertson asked him on the street if he had such ties and he ignored the question. The video was on social media a few months ago might still be there he has a Youtube channel. Russia's interest in talks at the moment is for photo-ops and to delay or avoid new sanctions.

Ukraine might not get any more PAC-3 missiles for years, given the expenditure of them by all those defending themselves from Irans lash out, which in itself has, to me at least, has a strong whiff of something Putrid might have advised them to do to kill Patriot missile availability and maximally screw the world hydrocarbon trade, to his benefit. It's likely to also reduce US willingness to sell a whole range of munitions and stuff to the EU for Ukraine given they are really worried at how low their stocks have become.

Absolutely no one in the world stands to gain more from the attack on Iran than Putrid. It might fix the budget problem as many countries will ignore sanctions if Orc gas and oil is almost all that's available.
