There is no evidence from those who assert it is 30k or 33k killed therefore their claims has to be taken with a very high degree of skepticism
It is actually completely reasonable to guess that Iran didn't kill half the number of people in those protests that Israel killed in Gaza. I remember Gaza was destroyed by 2000lb bombs when numbers like 30k were being talked about, and the number has just kept increasing through famine etc.
30,000 people is a really large number. I would hope Iran didn't manage to kill that many protestors but others obviously hope they did.
Tony provided estimates that are based on the data a few posts back. Whatever the number is, it's an atrocity. However the US will not achieve regime change the way they're currently approaching this. So overall it's coming across as a US misadventure rather than achieving meaningful positive change while also likely to bring a lot of negative changes.
This war has ended the role of the UN mandate given that Israel and the US have gone alone in their Greater Israel / Make America Great conquests.
