I'd disagree on that. Julian Roepcke has been very glass half empty for this whole invasion. A year or two ago you'd swear the Russians would have the 4 oblasts wrapped up in no time at all if ya took all of Julian's musings at their full weight.

Kherson now has anti drone nets because Russia keeps killing civilians. There is strong evidence that Russia is deliberately hunting civilians with drones in Kherson. Caolán Robertson's channel has reported on this too.
Reports NATO facing shortage of TNT because so much of it was used by Israel bombing Gaza (disgracefully). Germany has just announced it will lift it's limited arms embargo imposed on Israel.
A Ukrainian factory producing TNT was captured by Russia in 2022. The USA closed its last TNT factory in the 1980s. NATO is heavily dependent on just one TNT factory in Poland.

Ukraine need precise information as to the location of these factories and whatever missiles, are needed to take them out.

Lviv was bombed last night. A Tyre factory was hit, destroying thousands of tyres. Also an apartment block was hit in the nearby city of Ternopil. Lviv is very close to the Polish birder, which undermines the argument some make that there are safe parts of Ukraine.
That doesn't sound right. The US still manufactures most of its own energetics. One of the plants just blew up in Tennessee a couple months ago which doesn't help, mind, but Iowa Army Ammunition Plant is the main facility. What the US doesn't produce for its own needs is mainly being imported from a facility in Quebec, Canada.
The backlog right now is in raw materials, new mining has been authorised for that. It can be sourced in the US.

The US does indeed not produce it's own TNT. There's plans to build a plant in Kentucky to fix that but that won't be done any time soon.
