New game of Where's Wally. Lavrov edition.
It would mean the loss of Myrnohrad too.
Ex Ukrainian UN ambassador Sergey Kislytsia on RTE1 now.
He is 75 and apparently had a heart attack a couple of years back. He's surely earned his right to choose at this stage -
Some good news from Pokrovsk. Ukrainian forces have reached the centre of the town. Can they split the Russian forces in two?
Denis Davydov though seems to see it more as securing a path for escape of Ukrainian soldiers from Pokrovsk and Myronohrad.
Its also reported that the paratroopers in the recent operation landed without parachutes. Impressive.
I wonder will the uncle disappear now? Story could be put out that he deserted to the other side to blacken his name and explain the disappearance.
Right on cue :
100 days active service on the frontline and they come back not just alive, but alive and smiling.
The average lifespan of a Russian on the frontline is, what, about three weeks at the moment?
If the Ukrainians can liquidate the Dobropilia pocket, then they can free up supplies to Myronohrad without them having to go through Pokrovsk. They have made some progress by expanding control in Shakhove. So the Russian forces in this cauldron remain surrounded. NB Dobropilia itself is fully under Ukrainian control.
More details on the counteroffensive by the armed forces of Ukraine in this article with a much more positive tone than some other recent posts on this thread about fighting in the area. Also mentions mud season has now come into effect and is already taking a tole on putin's terrorist forces.
Thank **** for mud
Indeed. Although beware, it can work against the AFU as well. However since the Ukrainians are more than a tad smarter than their opponents, I am hopeful that they've planned for mud-season.
Looks promising. The map of the south from the same source looks even better for the Ukrainians, with them claiming Russians only control 20% of Pokrovsk and no Russian's have entered Myrnohrad either.
Should be quite a bit of footage and big news coming out over the weekend which will give a much clearer picture of what's what.
A couple of years ago the hot rumour here was that he was on his deathbed. I'm sure the ghoul will be back
Lavrov reminds me a bit of the bad guy in Danger Mouse , Baron Greenback
Lavrov's at the cobblers for a prostate check
Which one is Lavrov?
Great and all as this is, there's not a chance in a million years that was the real Putin.
The real Putin won't let plebs anywhere near him, let alone would he kiss one on the head.
A major scandal is erupting in Berlin as lawmakers from Germany’s far-right Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) face accusations of filing suspicious, highly detailed parliamentary requests that may serve the interests of Russia or China — right in the middle of Moscow’s war against Ukraine.
Sources told Der Spiegel the inquiries go far beyond legitimate oversight and instead look like systematic, grid-like efforts to ap vulnerabilities in: 🔹Drone defense 🔹 Logistics & procurement 🔹 Cybersecurity protocols 🔹 Infrastructure + data centers 🔹 Emergency power systems
Pro-Russian party does pro-Russian things.
Reports Orban is flying to DC to try to persuade Trump to drop sanctions on Russian oil.
Also reports US has blocked Swiss oil giant Gunvor from buying Lukoil, the second largest Russian oil company.
Even the EU has not sanctioned Lukoil, but the US recently did.
Meanwhile the stains on humanity who vote for them, whether here, Germany, France, Italy or the US, are too stupid to see the irony in their heroes actively batting for foreign powers.
Will TACO strikes again?
Orban is a right pain, the EU needs to take collective actions against him.
Ah Bricky…good try, but we know you support the “orks”.
Unless of course that’s changed and you would like to now condemn thier bombing of children in their homes and hospital beds? How about it?
you’ll be waiting
Ukrainian officer says Russia has not just 10:1 outnumbering in terms of soldiers in Pokrovsk, but also in terms of drones. The former Ukraine can possibly resist, the drones however are ominous (from WSJ)
Unfortunately you wouldn't bet against him succeeding
Former MP and Azov soldier comments on Octobers official desertion numbers which hit a monthly record for the conflict. Should pass 200K for 2025 and over 300K since 2022.
Could well see those numbers go way higher if what has happened in Pokrovsk and Kupyansk proves to be true, also people thinking of signing up will be having second thoughts.

how about Russian desertions? any word from the Kremlin on those numbers?
how many children would your buddies like to kill while they sleep this weekend? what's a good number? 5? 10?
I wish people would stop quoting that dipshit, have them on ignore and still have to see all the shite they vomit out when people reply.

its funny that your parroting of false info is selective. See more Russian lies here that actually challenge your narrative

An article published in Military Watch Magazine (MWM) notes that approximately 20 service members defect from the Ukrainian Armed Forces every month, with the total number of deserters already exceeding 400
Oh I know I’m not getting an answer, that’s not the point.
The point is to illustrate how Russia supporters will sometimes pretend to be pro-Ukraine in order to hoodwink casual readers later on. But as we can see clearly….a Leopard does not change their spots.
