There are 3 in Cork - have no idea of the location of the stores, but likely sold out.
you can check stock on lidl plus app
How? I can see where you can shop offers from the app homepage, but how do you check stock of a particular item at your selected store?
Huh?
Click on Help and digital assistant
seems to be in-app only
Shop for? If they were free people might pick them up for the heck of it…
The LiA stock check bot is 100% useless and a waste of time in my experience, never works accurately.
As for the Lidl branded clothing, I do wonder who actually buys it? I've never seen anyone other than staff wearing any.
It would do for a stag party, nothing else!
Always glad to see Jedward on advertising - means they're making a bit of money. Decent lads really.
Between those yolks Jedward, advertising cheap garbage clothing and an extra part up for grabs on Fair Mare City, no expense has been spared spent by Lidl. I can't stand either of them. It's enough to put you off shopping there.
I came across this in Lidl yesterday.
Never in my life have I ever heard of such a thing, or that it was such an issue. It gave me a laugh. Would it work on Micheál Martin or Marty Morrissey?
Martens chewing on auto cables, rendering autos inoperable, is a huge issue on the continent. Even Joe had a moan about it https://www.rte.ie/radio/radio1/clips/21995947/
New points system anyway.
100 points = 100 EUR.
Simplified Points System:
We’ve adjusted the value assigned to Lidl Points to make the system more straightforward. To reflect this, your existing points balance has been converted accordingly.
As example – previously €100 = 1,000 Lidl Points, now €100 = 100 Lidl Points!
Different Points Total - Same Value:
Rest assured, the value of your points remains the same. You’re not losing anything — just gaining a better, more user-friendly experience.
These updates are designed to make your Lidl Points journey smoother and more rewarding. We’re excited for you to explore the new experience and continue enjoying the benefits of shopping with Lidl.
How do you earn points
I heard you get triple points if you wear all their branded gear to and from the store when you go shopping there!
using the Lidl plus app when you shop
To mark its 25th anniversary in Ireland, Lidl is offering all Lidl Plus users bonus welcome points, which will automatically be added to all registered app user accounts on Thursday 26 June.
How much is the bonus?
Probably enough to get you a leaf of cabbage from the salmonella corner at 9:55pm on a Tuesday night.
how do you see your points total?
it’s usually on the Lidl plus app in the top right hand corner, my local Lidl was one of the trial shops and I was using it and found it okay
Not everyone gets points
Nobody is getting them now, the point system is rolling out nationwide so everyone will get them from the launch date

A whole 25 points aka 25c as the bonus!
I'd say your wrong because they changed it to1 point = 1 euro ,so its25 euro!!
no it’s not €25
To cash in for €5 I have just used 500 coins so 25 coins have a value of 25 cent
They gave me 25 points so apparently I can get a box of salt when I collect another four which I assume means spending €4?
I'd say you are wrong because you get a point for every 1 euro spent. 1 points doesn't equate to 1 euro. They were hardly going to give everyone €25 to spend were they.
Did anyone’s pilot store points disappear in the transition. Edit apologies they just reduced the points from the old system they are still there which I just see someone had explained further up the thread.
Dunes Stores do it If you spend 125 you ger 25 back
