You're the one who said they are supposed to be 'non corporate', not them. And they're not part of a large corporation, therefore non corporate. Doing a corporate gig and making money doesn't make them 'corporate'. They're not a charity. This is a ridiculous argument btw
John Egan had to be one of the dullest interviews ever. Very little insight and very guarded when Ken tried to get anything out of him.
It’s extremely weird that they think surprise guests like Shelbourne players or John Egan are what fans want when Wilson or Lars would go over better and be more interesting than anyone they’ve hooked in for years besides Liam, Katie and Big Sam.
The interview pods are usually the least interesting to begin with before we add in a live crowd.
John Egan is from Cork. Say that might have something to do with why he was booked for a cork show.......
I did enjoy their recent interview with Colin Healy recently.Has had a really tough time recently with his wife's passing.
Always remember that horrific leg break he got playing for Sunderland against Coventry
What do you actually like about the podcast?
Agreed. Unwilling to give any interesting answers related to football as he's still playing. They should have cut the interview after he finished talking about his father and his own journey from GAA to soccer.
Well I enjoyed the John Egan interview at least.
A Sunday pod for the CL final, niiiice. That'll help the time at work pass faster.
Unfortunately 'Migs' is on so a lot of skipping is on the cards when I get around to it
A lot? He's on for 5 minutes of a 72 minute podcast
😂.
Miguel's ability to suck the joy out of football is second to none.
Classic Ken with his scooting under the influence escapade, that sort of gold is worth the subscription alone.
Surprised the police officer was lenient, thought they'd be more strict in Germany.
Diego Torres has the rizz every other soccer journo wishes they had.
...
I don't mind him but I can't take his opinions seriously, hes fine in small doses. Reminds me a bit of Eamon Dunphy but not as entertaining
I mean Big Migs started off by doing the We Live in a Society lecture on the same episode so the bar isn’t exactly too high on that front. Give me him before Fanning or the Liverpool Two any day of the week.
Did anyone think Murph was a bit out of line or OTT on the Carla Ward stuff.
I didn't necessarily agree with Murph but 'out of line'? No.
Can anyone tell me if they have discussed the latest news in relation to Imane Kehlif?

No, they haven't.
Today's episode was great. The 3 lads chatting **** with a bit of Gavin Cooney thrown in. Always enjoy those types of episodes
Thought we might get a great pod today on last night's amazing 5-4 game with some Musk vs Trump mixed in for good measure, sadly looks like just an interview from a live show.
I agree there was great fodder last night for Ken to sink his teeth into but in fairness they rarely do a "live" Friday show.
They used to do them regularly but they're fairly rare now. It's a bit surprising considering the volume of competition (both free and paid) out there these days.
Phone-it-in Fridays, as an emailer called them a while ago
