Is that your logic? May as well scrap the Nobel Peace Prize category if that's the standard accepted.
How about a Nobel Prize for standing shoulder to shoulder with the only democratic nation in this conflict and using the military and economic might at his finger tips to force the aggressor to accept fair peace terms?
What's so difficult about that for people to understand? Assuming they're not just "asking questions" and "wanting peace"…

Presenter said Kyiv isn’t being attacked so the people coming from Ukraine to Ireland are scamming the system as they could just go to Kyiv as it’s not being attacked.
This was the same day 9 people were killed after Russian airstrikes on Kyiv.
It’s depressing how Russian disinformation has managed to infiltrate so many in the West.

Things move very fast and this may not be relevant already. But I was listening to an evening talk show on Classic FM and the host was asking why wouldn't Ukraine just officially give up Crimea to save lives. I nearly stopped my car to phone in. The level of naivete of some people is staggering. There is so much wrong with this sentiment, if I had phoned in, I would be having trying to explain too many points all at once. Main point is that it won't save any lives, if Ukraine just gives up Crimea, it's nice for Putin, but it won't stop him, his goal is the political control of the whole of Ukraine and he will continue the war until he gets it, or until he is stopped by force or by the threat of serious consequences. Secondly, the "peace plan" mentioned that the USA "de-jure recognises Crimea as Russian" — you would think that this is fine, how important is that? Ah, but the devil is in the details of the American and international laws. The experts says that the USA cannot legally recognise Crimea as Russian unless Ukraine gives Crimea up. Thirdly, if Zelenskyy somehow agrees to that, he would break the Constitution of Ukraine and he is finished as a politician.

But then as you said it seems the Russians were demanding the withdrawal of Ukraine Forces so they could have ALL of those oblasts. Though im unsure as to whether US was outright denouncing this up to now?

When the bigbox retailers warned him about empty shelves he announced tariff reductions, then a day or two passes and he utters that tariffs will be applied again, totally forgetting whatever got his attention to reduce tariffs in the first place.

It's a clear case of him getting influenced by last person who spoke to him. Once back in US the usual suspects will be in his ears telling him how it's Zelensky that won't stop fighting, while Putin wants to sign this deal that gives him everything he wants, and how stupid Zelensky is for not wanting peace.
