Drones aren't much good without the intelligence to know where and when to send them.
You seem to have missed the point that drones are the intelligence along the whole line of conflict. One of the reasons Russia has made next to no progress anywhere (and advanced backwards in places like Pokrovsk) is because they simply cannot get bullets or shells close enough to the front line without being spotted and destroyed. Ukrainian drones are systematically patrolling an area 20-80km deep and wiping out local stockpiles of ammunition with great regularity.
