^ I doubt this will ever happen, but it would be a heavy sanction. Lots of countries buy oil from Russia such as China, India etc.
Sanctions only work if trade is done via banks in the SWIFT system. India pays Russia with off the books USD, then sells Russian crude as a refined Indian export to all economies that currently sanction Russia.
India gets a steep discount on Russian crude for it's laundering service.

You seem to have missed the point that drones are the intelligence along the whole line of conflict. One of the reasons Russia has made next to no progress anywhere (and advanced backwards in places like Pokrovsk) is because they simply cannot get bullets or shells close enough to the front line without being spotted and destroyed. Ukrainian drones are systematically patrolling an area 20-80km deep and wiping out local stockpiles of ammunition with great regularity.
Apparently a Russian bomber worth 300m crashed after hitting power lines possibly during a training flight.
