Two SIM with same outcome - message @01:23 "your credit low" and data disabled. Accounts display "No allowances" Both cards topped first week of March Glitch on the three system ?
Someone messed things up - started charging for data on 15th @23:30 on unlimited data plan And their web is crashing/failing to load - must be everyone woke up this morning and bombarding them with calls/chat
Grand not just me then. Web is back but lost €100 worth of credit, hopefully there's backups!
Whoever is on call deserves some extra pay
I'll predict three's response….

few threads on community forum since this morning with same description, some claim topped up this morning to restore allowance to find that they are drained again
Me too. €139 gone from phone. I'm not due to top up until the 28th.
Service has been coming and going intermittently during the night. I presume it's going to stop again shortly.
I can't ring them because they only work Mon-Fri.
It's actually gone again while I am typing this at 10:17am so I can't make my post yet.
It looks like I'll be WFP (Working From Pub) later so I can use their WiFi.
Back again at 10:42am.
While their community threads piling up it seam all OLD and NEW contracts affected. I hope they can't/wont scrap OLD SIM after crawl out of this mess

For the record, I now have access to data back after restarting my phone, but credit still not restored so I cannot make outgoing calls (though can call via WhatsApp)
Can confirm that allowance is restored , data back, by looks they "cleared" usage up to @20:18 of 15th Mar However, still no credits restored. Wonder if they converted all OLD plans into NEW and its gone for good…
According to posters on the other thread they've said on FB that the credits will be restored over the next few hours.

I did have the 'charges dropped', as in smuggler.ie's post #16, but balance continued at 0. Looking again now I see

Same here this morning, had to top up another 20 to keep going. Despite topping up on Thursday for 28 days.

I'm a bit concerned by this. On Sunday morning it showed up on my detailed usage that they took all of my credit for data just before midnight. I wish I took a screenshot because it's disappeared now. It seems weird to remove the charge but not restore the associated credit. Do you think they're trying to hide something or cover it up?
don't know, but my concern is that "legacy" plans could be scrapped and beyond recovery - it was effectively free money/service as many users do use those kept credits for third party services - gold mine. I was expecting this would happen sooner and know that 3support first thing would suggest to move to "new" plan - had this "excuse" at the beginning of 5G introduction. I hope i'm wrong and they cannot "legally" do this and restoring all legacy accounts to "legacy" and handing back €€€€€ sums is the delay factor. Not using, but as far i know, "new" plans , once topped-up, activates the services(allowance) but your credit stay 0, as it is currently for me
