The one that's been burning for 4 days and was almost done has been hit again! It's pitch dark in Russia, judging by the skies colour it's been a successful hit.
Lads did trump mention anything about Russia or Ukraine? We'll all be waiting patiently to see his approach.
apparently not. It’s looking increasingly unlikely there will be a drastic departure from current policy under trump. He may be giving himself time to suss out putin, figure out how much leverage he has with him….
That war needs to end now. And people need to wake up to what's really going on here…the whole Anglo-American war on Russia since some 200 years ago, if not longer, British 'balance of power' politics for centuries, the 'Eurasian Heartland' thing, sea power vs. land power, Russia and Germany and all that, to mention just a few keywords…not like this just started in 2022 or even 2014…
Something is up with Crimea
F*ck u, you f*ckin' ruZZian

Repeat that while looking in a mirror
It all ends when your boss pulls his invaders out of Ukraine.
A busy evening
Hmmm, message getting sent?
Russia is in a dire economic position, their real war spending is at least double that announced in the official budget, with the hidden amount being financed by loans the kremlin has forced banks to lend to insolvent militarily related companies, leaving them with limited or no capacity to lend to enterprises operating in the real economy. They have been putting on a brave face trying to hide how dire the real situation is in oder to convey the impression they can keep the war going for years. Debtors can't repay the banks, Kremlin hasn't the funds to repay the banks, Banks can't fund the economy. China is seizing the opportunity to 'rescue' large valuable bankrupt enterprises for a song. Looking good.
When your only way to keep the war going is to sell your country to the Chinese… winning.
Trump on skynews there saying he will meet with Putin very soon. Also said that they have numbers that almost a million Russian soldiers killed and about 700000 Ukrainian soldiers killed. Not sure if he is pulling numbers from the sky or if this is what he has been told by people in his government that know more or less the correct numbers or if the numbers he said there include injured and he just said killed instead by accident.
It's for this reason I can see the American policy makers wanting this war to continue until Russia goes bankrupt. They'll never get a better opportunity to set Russia back.
so…is this finally over?did donnie ring up putin yet?
200? Ruzzia hardly figured on the American horizon, or the British horizon, for that matter, 200 years ago!
Trump isn't exactly known for quoting accurate numbers on anything, the only certainty is a lot of dead on both sides, on the Russian side almost certainly more
That guy that invented the wheel, what was his name again? Ugnut I think. He started it.

How does anything survive 5 shots per second per sq yard, for 30 mins ..
The popcorn in my microwave has less pops than that ..
Even if it was 5 shots per minute per sq yard for 30 mins ,that's still 150 rounds aimed at a sq yard
How big were the gun batteries?
How big was the logistics train , ?
It seems , so fantastical and long ago , you'd view it like stories of great battles of history - , the sky turned black with arrows , armies of 100s of thousands involved in a single battle ..
Then you hear how many thousands of drones and tens of thousands of artillery shells are used in daily - and it doesn't seem so fantastic --
Fighting fit, those Orcs…
I find it tiresome how people choose to dehumanise fellow human beings by calling them orcs. Im not just picking on you but it seems generally accepted here on boards. I suppose it makes it easier to think monsters are being killed than fellow humans. Might sound hyperbole but acceptance of this practice has led to atrocities throughout history. Look at Nazi Germany. You'd quickly call out someone I hope for calling someone the N word.
Does it make a difference if the majority of people using the term 'orc' use it to describe the russians that are directly involved in the invasion, as opposed to ordinary russians?
Orc = depraved murder and rapist. They must die or leave Ukraine. There are ways for the decent Russians to surrender.
Interesting
As General Ben Hodges recently said - the only people with a right to claim being tired are the Ukrainians, but just to correct your misapprehension - they dehumanized themselves and continue to do so - none of my doing. I have paid for FPV drones to kill the fuckers, precisely identifying the species is about as mild as I go.
Drone mothership, a Ukrainian invention that carries FPV drones way behind enemy lines to exterminate Orcs and materiel. Nice one.
That and Trump doesn't want US munition factories closing because of lack of orders.
It is a dehumanising term -
It's not being used accidentally..
I do think about the individual russian soldiers , and feel sympathy for them , but then I think of individual russian soldiers, targeting and destroying.. civilian and military targets
So the drone attack on an older man at a bus stop in Kherson at the weekend, or a similar attack on a civilian bus, also at the weekend ,
The su34 pilots who lobbed glide bombs at apartments in Zaporizhzhia, and the officers who planned the targets
it's not being used to talk about Russians in general - more to refer to russian soldiers , I think it started as a more "politically correct " way of translating a Ukrainian slur for russian troops -
And it's stuck in the same way that British troops were called Tommies , or Germans were called Huns in the first world war ,
I think that when the Russians bloggers aren't referring to Ukrainians as hohols , they sometimes refer to Ukrainian troops as elves ( opposite to orcs)
It also is used to describe the near endless seemingly mindless attacks ,and seemingly mindless destruction, the ruin and theft that are associated with the Russian army ..
It's not an inaccurate comparison..
The biggest irony of course being that all his threats to withhold from NATO has only made member states plan for more non US weaponry.
