As attempts to distract go, this fails 100 % percent. To "imagine" the Burkes do not have the slightest knowledge of whom their donor-sources are, though they might feel obliged to ignore knowledge of them for legal obligations, is neither acceptable nor credible. Even Irish "establishments" have enough sense and credibility to acknowledge that as a fact in law, if not credibility.
If the $ donations are true all the more reason for the fines to be collected, an absolute farce that they haven't been collected to date, especially when the guy is still on full pay.
These Zealots need to know that their carry on comes with a price, they are costing the State money and making a mockery of the judicial system.

They don't share any links for donations and looking at Twitter no one has openly claimed to support them with money, Just love and prayers.
There was one in Ireland and it got a total of €20 if I remember correctly.

There's plenty of US evangelical Christian groups that quietly fund groups like the Burkes.
They don't need the public begging bowl out - just need to keep demonstrating that they are fighting the good fight against abortion, against "trans ideology", etc., etc.
If they pay his fines to the State and legal fees, sure.
But where's the proof though? Especially since you say "plenty"?
I wonder does the Tommy Robinson case in the UK offer a potential solution to the Burke conundrum.
Totally different underlying issues , but Robinson has been jailed for 18 months for contempt of court
He was found guilty of 10 instances of Contempt of Court and given a fixed jail sentence.

The UK changed their contempt laws in 2020, we would have to similar.
in general a law like that is probably needed. In Enoch's case he'll probably just end up in the same situation again after a fixed prison term, so…

Josiah is going after another politician, Barry Ward of F/G online because he thinks Barry believes John McGahon is an appropriate candidate for Dáil Éireann but believes Simeon Burke is not an appropriate candidate for membership of the Bar, asking people to remember this when voting on the 29th.

So, Enoch was back in te Court of Appeal this week regarding his objection to the membership of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel.
He is now framing it as him being on a crusade for all teachers.
No ruling as yet, that I can find, but it should be interesting!
I expect he will be up for mention sometime this week in the High Court on the matter of his contempt. i doubt he will be released for Christmas, but you never know?
