It seems like a Jewish right wing are determined to start a Middle East war and WWIII . Israel is the equivalent of a Fascist state and it’s time to call them out as such .
The only reason why Harris and Martin said that is, the chances of Netanyahu landing here are next to zero IMO. So it is just pointless statement, looking good without doing anything… And of course some people buy it.
I don't think they look like get a win anytime soon. Israel don't seem to have changed their tactics in the last year and hamas and hezbollah are still around.
You would like to see him arrested?
Hamas must be on their last legs. 13 months of fighting, no new weapons or ammunition. Lack of antibiotics, anaesthetics and basic medicines mean civilians and fighters alike are dying from treatable wounds. Hezbollah are under pressure from their own supporters and wider Lebanese society due to use of the Israeli Dahiya Doctine. I think the IDF is pretty exhausted too with many soldiers refusing to return to the fronts, especially Gaza, where constantly being a party to war crimes is taking a huge mental and emotional toll.
Yup, think he went well over the border, well not only him. Why you ask?
I don't doubt that all parties are exhausted but just doubt a quick win is possible, using any methods. If hamas are defeated who is holding the hostages? Israel still seems to be bombing Gaza so they must believe Hamas is still operating there.

Unfortunately it is not that funny!😔
Orbán will be delegitimising the EU, the ICC, and also undermining its previous warrants against Putin if he does this (which is exactly why he would do it, aside from any love of Bibi or Israel).
He does this, would not shock me if the next salami slice will be a Putin visit to Hungary.
It is so depressing having a corrupt, horrible little wannabe dictator figure like this leading an EU country.
The weakness and cowardice of the other EU member states in dealing with him for a decade now has been shocking, and the cost of it to all of us just keeps rising.
that'll copper-fasten the ICJ case
Not the only reason. For the ICC to fulfil its remit, signatories have to support it and be seen to support it. By signalling Ireland will fulfil its legal obligation and arrest Netanyahu or Gallant, they are making a stand along with the other signatories like the French and the Dutch. If Hungary is the only outlier, this also sends a signal to the US and also to Israel.
Israel already stated that Hamas are defeated. The new line is they are "preventing Hamas from regrouping". What they actually mean is that they are ethnically cleansing Northern Gaza of its last 70k citizens (bombing, starvation, more war crimes) prior to bulldozing all the rubble. This will then mean Ben Gvir and all his settler mates can simply move in.
Plan accomplished.
Your last paragraph damns you I'm afraid.
They assassinated their own President who tried to put manners on the shadowy figures who created this global instability. That's how low they regard the rule of law. And no President has put their head above the parapet since.
If they were willing to do that to their own President there's no limit to what they'd do to anyone. Zionism was heavily influential in the infancy of the CIA and it remains so today.
I saw someone suggest that the ICC decision makes it much easier for people in Europe who have been wavering on the issue to call out Israel as a terrorist state and Netanyahu as a war criminal. People may have been reluctant to say anything for fear of being labelled as anti-Semitic or may not have held strong opinions, but this arrest warrant allows people to be far more open and direct and to criticise Israel (which can only be a good thing IMO).
Like Biden, Trump won't be an honest broker in the conflict in the Middle East. The ICC judgment on Netanyahu is damning. His video post verdict is simply bonkers. He is deluded. He is Israel's Hitler. He has put the continued existence of Israel in danger. Partly through ideology and partly through a desire to stay out of jail over corruption charges. The monster has no scruples. Life is cheap to him as we can see by his disdain for the hostages taken by Hamas and the genocide against the Palestinian people.
Lol, don't throw the baby out with that bathwater
It doesn't damn him so much as make him look like a fantasist eejit
Ironically, Trump's support for Israel may well seriously damage them. If the only people supporting them are cranks and headbangers like Trump and Orban, it will do nothing to convince anyone Israel is in the right - it might well leave them far more isolated.
He is Israel's Hitler.
Think there are points to make, without using this kind of bs.
What about Germany, should they get the same ? Surely can't have even more double standards on such a matter. Looks like some in the West is isolating itself away from the " global majority " with each passing day.
No EU / G7 sanctions called yet is a prime example of hypocrisy isn't it ?
Rules based order my ****
They are all starting to eat themselves now, total madness. It's like the fall of an empire, historical stuff. Imagine how many new application forms are getting sent to Brics after watching this implosion.
When is your own application form to emigrate to the promised land and leave us decadent westerns behind gonna be filled?
Less time spent on social media would be great for some.

...of spreading unfounded panic
Oh, did I trigger you by criticising Putin's friend and Russian fifth column inside the EU?
As you like to put your own spin on stuff - here is the full article:

A longer bit from it:
But a spokesman for Olaf Scholz, the German chancellor, suggested the country would not carry out such an arrest due to its history and unique relationship with Israel.“I find it hard to imagine that arrests could be carried out in Germany on this basis,” said Steffen Hebestreit, a government spokesman. His words came as the German government said in a statement that it had “taken note” of the ICC decision and said it was one of the court’s biggest supporters. But it added: “At the same time, it is a consequence of German history that we share unique relations and great responsibility with Israel.“We will carefully examine the domestic steps. Any further action would only be taken when a visit [to Germany] by prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant is foreseeable.”

This is hardly same as Orbán's declaration that he/Hungary will ignore the decision, and invite Netanyahu for a visit asap to underline that. I think it is very unlikely Netanyahu will be visiting Germany. IMO it just won't happen after this.
Oh I agree with you about the hypocrisy (on Israel/Palestine), particularly that shown by the US and what it does to the remains of any "rules based order".
However it is hard to take you seriously complaining about it when your hypocrisy is glaring (pot calls the kettle black), so I suspect its just a point scoring exercise vs anything you believe in.
The wailing about what is happening in Palestine and cries of Western hypocrisy are also difficult to stomach when coming from countries that are allies of Russia or ambivalent, supplying weapons in some cases, supporting them in the UN, far from sanctioning them expanding trade instead. There's a lot worse hypocrites in the world than the EU IMO.
Why would the "defenders of democracy" not put 18,000 sanctions on a state committing open genocide when they have on another state which has arguably carried out less atrocities ?
Not a great look is it ?
It really gets to you doesn’t it just how incompetent and irrelevant your shithole corner of the world (Russia) has become?
That the only way to lash out at decadent westerners is to go to their online forums and post whataboutery and keep going on about how great BRICS is, while ignoring millions from BRICS trying to emigrate to the west as quickly as their feet can carry them
Exactly, there is no justification not to do the same with Israel or any country for that matter.
They've done it to themselves for years now tbh. America has no moral compass in the world now. A true laughing stock.
Because Israel is their "ally" I suppose, and also Israel was attacked. No it is not "good", it is bad, whatever about the look of it.
I was not expecting sanctions, but I hoped many months ago the US would use their leverage to stop this, as they could have done, and they didn't.
As said, you don't support the principles involved here anyway, and are quite happy to see them undermined.
Though its good you are now admitting that Russia and its military commits atrocities, even if trying to down play them by tallying them against other atrocities. It is not a good look at all for a self proclaimed global power and permanent member of the UN Security Council, watchman and upholder of the post 1945 order now is it?
Israel is not that, and it + its military are the ones doing the atrocities here, not its backers US/UK on the Security council disgracing themselves.
Dear BRICS representative
when can we expect BRICS sanctions on Israel ?
how does one say hypocrisy in Russian or Mandarin or Hindu?
