Ukraine has suffered a defeat, this time in the courts. You might recall the legend of Snake Island, where the Ukrainian defenders were called upon to surrender and replied "Russian warship, **** off!". They then heroically fought to the death, as widely reported by the Ukrainians and the media.
Except this was a lie. The Ukrainians actually wisely surrendered to the Russian warship and were taken as prisoners. They were later exchanged for Russian prisoners. Despite the dead heroes inconveniently not fighting to the death and instead surrendering, the myth lived on and the Ukrainian state applied for a trademark on the phrase "Russian warship, **** off!" both in English and Russian back in March 2022.
The European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) rejected the application, saying it amounted to immoral war profiteering. The EU's General Court has apparently now upheld the rejection, ending Ukrainian efforts to gain a trademark on the phrase.
Can we just get back to watching Russians die en masses on twitter and all other platforms due to their utter lack of humanity and anyrhing else that might define them as otherwise worthy of being in this world.

I apologise, there does indeed appear to be one letter stating this (it is incredibly lightly reported on mind you).
However, it is not the reason for the rejection and is not once mentioned in the EU court judgement. The framing is deliberate on your part.

According the head of Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation North Korean troops have not taken part in the conflict. No proof, images, POW's to prove otherwise really.
Reports of a big build up of forces in the Zaporizhia region suggesting a winter offensive could be on the cards soon. There's a lot of projection that's almost as bad as a Putin fetishist.
Only 3% of US voters cited foreign policy as their priority so ultimately Trump is not bothered. He's only interested in international affairs if there's a photo op, like his Korean peninsula jolly.
Getting knee deep in the Ukraine conflict is a messy business that his voter base mostly don't give a dog about. He'll only go where he precieves an easy win, but ultimately I reckon he'll spend more time on the golf course this term and his voters will think that's where they'd rather be too.
