NATO needs to think here. Are we really allowing North Korean troops to operate on European soil.
it really begs the question to why we are not in NATO and should we be. I believe we should, and despite the consequences for us as a family should it come to the worst, I’m prepared to take it.
There are for sure valid arguments for and against whether we should or should not be in NATO. But there is no argument IMHO that we must develop a legitimate defense force and intelligence capability that is fit for purpose rather then the current situation which makes us essentially free loaders when it comes to legitimate defense capabilities. Previously I would have been against us being in NATO but the actions of the Russian dictatorship not just in Ukraine which has the knock on effect of us having to fork out billions to house tens of thousands of Ukrainians but also in their hybrid attacks on our health care system, the spying going on out of Orwell Road, the threat they clearly pose to our current off shore infrastructure plus even more so when we begin building off shore wind farms has me leaning in that direction.

Maybe they have and they conclude that they make the Russians even worse. But you're right of course. Also there are certain upcoming events that may impact the support for the war against Russia, what do European countries do if they lose support of the US? Will it then be a scramble to opposed an emboldened Putin with the risk of the last two years of fighting going t1ts up?
The way the polls are looking Trump could drop his pants on stage and take a dump on the US flag and they’d still vote for him sufficiently for him to win enough red neck votes to win the presidency.
A Trump US is unlikely to back Russia openly, but Europe needs to have a good rethink about whether it wants a Russia up against the borders of Poland. I think we see Poland intervene directly in Ukraine before that happens.
Putin knows his only chance of victory in Ukraine is if Trumps wins. Bonkers as that sounds. We live in VERY strange times.
NATO has the baggage of being sucked into whatever war the US decides to enact. I know yanks who've already forgotten they invaded Iraq.
I always wondered why America wouldn't give Ukraine all there Bradley's that are sitting in storage depots, now I know why if there giving these to a NATO ally.
As much as am repulsed and horrified by the scum that claim to be the Israeli government, a strike on drone warehouses and missile factories would definitely help Ukraine.
