I don't think it's going to be that easy. Iran is far larger, and whilst their equipment generally isn't up to modern western standards, they have a lot of it. Taking down the Iranian government is going to be a pretty tall order from what I can see.
Given that Israel were able to decapitate the Hezbollah leadership, Israel must have a decapitation move they can use to free Iran
