He seems to have a movie released every second week these days some actually really good most really terrible however he always gives it the full Nicolas Cage.
What's your favorite Nicolas Cage B to Z movie.
His newest Prisoners of Ghostland.
I watched a film of his called Jiu Jitsu the other night. A cheap predator ripoff but Cage was good value.
One I rarely see mentioned but is a guilty pleasure of mine is 'The Family Man' with Tea Leoni & Don Cheadle... Thought Cage was excellent in whats a great little film.
No point saying anything
Just watched one great Cage performance in Dream Scenario & a few fun ones in The Retirement Plan & Renfield over the last days.
Red Rock West came on the telly the other night and I must say I enjoyed it.
Dream Scenario is excellent, Cage really shines and delivers one of the cringiest, hardest to watch scenes I've sat through in a very long time.
Shudder released one recently called Arcadian with him in it. Filmed in Wicklow. Something like a virus has decimated the population and the remaining people are trying to survive these messed up mutant things that come out at night.
It's quite an enjoyable slow burner.
Ryan Reynolds said there was talks to have his Ghost Rider in Deadpool and Wolverine
I'm a fan of that too and also It Could Happen to You, paired with Bridget Fonda, they had chemistry as romantic leads
The new movie release Long Legs is just rubbish.
This is not really a comment about Nicolas Cage. And it doesn't invite much in the way of interesting responses.
Bearing in mind that this is not the Longlegs thread, what didn't you like about Cage in that film? Were you expecting a performance more like one of his other films - and if so, which one?
It's not, maybe a bit overhyped.
