I think they need to field someone a bit more charismatic. The overwhelming impression of Harris so far is she's been invisible as a vice president, I don't think she has the draw for the race

Hungary have about 90 day's in reserve and they source some oil from elsewhere already. I'm not sure if it's possible to increase oil from their other source but unless they get on good terms with Ukraine they'll be feeling it by Christmas. Could be a cold winter in Budapest.

I cannot understand, even for ONE nano-second how an EU member- not to say a country holding the 6 mts presidency can behave like ORBAN has re his recent meeting with Putin, Et. al. When the EEC was formed one of its core objectives was to reduce to zero the possibility of war between its members. It did not envisage that one of its members would behave like Mr ORBAN.
The EU URGENTLY needs to review its core values and ESTABLISH the grounds on which members can be excumicated from it or at least severely reprimanded eg freeze/delay budgets ; cancel grants for various schemes, etc.
