Here we go again. Hopefully we'll see some great matches over the next fortnight.
Both extremely limited players. Boulter less limed and should he comfortably bearing a player of Darts ability though. Despite the poor quality, the closeness has made it interesting to watch.
Dart can't even make through the match without crying. Maybe time to start reevaluating her career choice.
Dart wins. In fairness Boulter handed it to her with multiple errors
Unless it a deliberate tactic. 😂 Boulter completely fell to pieces after that.
Possibly... Jacob Fearnley taking a set off Djokovic I didn't think was on the cards.
The serving was abysmal...
That double fault in the last game has killed him
Jessica Pegula is out after losing to Xinyu Wang in three sets.
It was like all the air went out of him at that moment. He played so well today.
I didn't realise he was only 22 I would have guessed older, he could be one to watch.
Very strong tiebreak from Norrie takes first set against Draper
Norrie breaks Draper in opening game of second set! Make that a double break...
Norrie two sets up.
Draper looking very frustrated, boy does he like a pointless hawkeye challenge...
Draper battling really hard in this third set, finally take one of his break points!
Very nervy third set tie break from both Draper and Norrie, Norrie takes it on second match point played really well. Really good contest. Very little in it despite straight set win.
Did anyone else see Tsitsy's 2nd serve where he double faulted? Cracking, loads of swerve, just completely in the wrong service box 🙂
Just saw the stats from the Dart/Boulter match. 75 unforced errors from Boulter. That's an incredible number.
Lol, Murray looks like he wants to be somewhere else.
BBC broadcasting a tribute to Murray over the song 'Creep' 😂
His brother maybe not too impressed, the only one sitting down while the rest stand and 👏
....
A very genuine bloke is Andy. Deserves any plaudits.
He's a laugh, just can't spoof his way past questions, blunt in his honesty. Refreshing to see!
Playing catchup but some surprising results. Wasn't expecting Pegula to lose, and certainly didn't think Draper would lose in straights to a floundering Cameron Norrie. That victory over Alcaraz feels like a long time ago now.
I felt sorry for Jamie - who has actually won more Grand Slam titles than Andy - he hardly got mentioned.
How is Alcaraz down a break against Tiafoe in the 3rd set? Tiafoe was struggling big time with his footing on the grass earlier on.
Kasatkina vs. Badosa is real 50:50 battle all the way. Windy.
Just seems to have lost his concentration the last few games. I'd expect him to ramp it right back up again if he loses this set (which looks very likely). He seems to like sailing close to the wind!!
Alcaraz looks knackered. He'll be lucky to get this set to a tie break if he keeps playing like this, needs to rev himself up a lot! I haven't heard a whoop in about an hour.
Picked up since this thankfully, strong tiebreak from him (7-2) now into a 5th set!
