Original thread:
Russian nazis today bombed a shopping centre in Kharkiv.
Trolling at this stage for western nations to use nuclear weapons on Moscow.
It’s a good thing the richest country in world per capita has such fantastic defences
Remember, the best way to deal with bullies like Russia is to say you are neutral, and no harm will come to you (even if they are openly threatening the country). I'm sure Mr. Filatov is just joking.
People seem to think all you have to say is 'neutral' and the Russians will flee in terror. Neutrality is naive in this day and age. We'll have to stop freeloading and join NATO soon.
Another Su-25 downed.
But…but…Palestine!
The Russians have committed so many atrocities blatantly targeting civilians in this war that it's difficult for any one to stand out. The attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk, which happened only 6 weeks into the war is one. Ditto the bombing of the theatre in Mariupol.
Bombing a shopping centre on a Saturday afternoon is up there in terms of cynical targetting but it seems that thankfully the death toll is not as high as it could have been (currently at 2 with 35 wounded).
Scum.
Voicing concern about what is happening in Palestine does not mitigate concerns over what is happening in Ukraine.
Government spends energy on Palestine… yay.
But, the RuZZian government directly threatens Ireland, and… crickets
They should be thrown out of the security council.
Obviously this is an atrocity, however if I was Ukraine, I would prefer that Russian missiles are hitting shopping centres and not the front lines.
No population has ever been bombed to submission except the Japanese.
Allies killed tens of thousands in bombing campaigns against Germany for very little benefit.
Well does it make any difference? The UN has been shown to be utterly useless and needs to be replaced with a new body.
Computer says no.
They must get very little training at that sort of rate of attrition. Could it be true, sounds a bit far fetched as there are parts of the front lines that are less active?
I guess it's where he is in the front line.
That's a very dubious proposition on many levels.
The Rotterdam bombings by Nazi Germany and threats of further such attacks on other civilian targets was a large factor in the Dutch surrender.
There was a great civilian fear of aerial bombing on cities at the start of WWII. This was lost as the war went on and the destruction was not as complete as was feared. (I know there were exceptions Dresden, Hiroshima)
Correct, however voicing concerns over Ireland spending next to nothing on defence while hypocritically going on and about neutrality however is frowned upon.
That particular thread has page after page of giving out about likes of US spending billions to provide aid while then hypocritically celebrating our government sending empty “symbolic gestures that give hope”
Speaking of empty gestures what are the chances we even get a sentence out of government about the latest atrocity today? Or perhaps even send a couple of missiles from the stocks here
There was zero chance of the Dutch stopping the Germans as the German Air Force and ground forces were substantially larger and better equipped.
I would closer compare this to the London Blitz.
Ireland is an island surrounded by NATO countries that have strong friendly socioeconomic ties so I don't think we have maintained any significant stocks of missiles to share. I would like to see us develop a drone production capacity in conjunction with Ukraine to help them eliminate their problem with moskovyte terrorists. Ukrainians are going to be the defense technology leaders for the EU so any way Ireland can collaborate and support them in their work in defending Europe from terrorists could only be a positive step and in the longer term benefit Ireland as well as being the morally correct thing to do. putin's trolls attacked Ireland first by breaking the IT system of the HSE and attacking the most vulnerable people in this country so even on a purely selfish agenda they deserve some pay back from Ireland.
Internal problems in the Russian army.
Some folks here when Russia takes over their neighbours land and carries out ethnic cleansing.. boo
When Israel does it.. crickets
Credibility of that last claim is very low as they posted it along with footage from video game.
I don't think Ukraine went an attacked Russia first though
What do you think you're achieving posting that nonsense in this thread?
Oh dear oh dear look who got caught working for Russians
Article here:
The communications took place when Russia’s intelligence services were trying to forge links to republican paramilitary organisations as part of wider efforts to destabilise the European Union.
Israel has declared the UN an illegal organization because it is populated by all kinds of despots and autocrats.
Russia's troubles

Her entire political world view is about helping Russia, especially when it opposes the West.
