There's max 10000 tickets in the Marlay gold circle so it's possible- but it depends on demand and whether the artist and/or promoters give the full allocation of the golden circle to 10c members (which is unlikely).

Ireland very lucky to get AC/DC seen as it's not a very extensive European tour. A pity there's no presale for this one, even some sort of a fan club to get priority tickets.
What time do Trinity gigs finish at? And what time would Longitude finish at?
Am wondering would I be able to fit in Air and then nip out and collect the going lad from Longitude?
Wouldn’t be surprised if they do another run in 2025 in europe to hit other countries. Euro 2024 probably impacted plans a bit as well.
I know the Aviva didn't sell out but I'd be fairly sure Croker will sell out for AC/DC.
The hype and it being one night only. I've seen them every tour since 2009. Every show has got that little bit more sanitized (older band & crowd profile)

You've seen them on every tour since the Black Ice tour? They've only toured once since then.
They've done about 3 legs of Black Ice, 2 of which came here and were Axl/DC around Europe post last time here also presume he got some of those in.

For the Air gig in Trinity
Seemed like an evening announcement was coming, although that didn't make sense. Looks like it's all being announced at once though, so evening time here makes sense (the 3am Sydney time didn't though)
Is the presale for residents unique to gigs in Croke Park? Are the days of some residents getting freebies gone? Or was that only if gigs didn't sell out within a few weeks of the gig happening..
Air one has the usual MCD presale (on their socials) that just needs a valid email (or somebody will post the url, it's always the same)
Twice for black ice tour and once for rock or bust tour. The show they played recently was passable at best, we will see them at the last show of this tour, they'll either be a well oiled machine at that point or they'll just be phoning it in to get through it. Hopefully the former, it will surely be the last chance to see them.
Am i the only one who thinks €70 for Air is a tad expensive? Twenty quid less i might have considered it but not at that price. Saw them in the Olympia when the album was first released and that was enough for me really.
Wonder will Massive Attack announce a date here. They were suppose to play RHK in 2022. They have dates throughout Europe for the summer.

Gigs have become very expensive, I saw some interesting info in the Pollstar annual data.
While overall ticket prices on the top 100 tours in 2023 went up 23% compared to 2022, the overall revenue from these tours went up 54%--meaning things like concessions, sponsorship deals, advertising, saw a bigger spike.
To put some hard numbers to it, in 2022 the average ticket price per show was $106.07, and in 2023 it was $135.88--the 23% jump.
Costs cant account for such a large increase, its mostly greed on the part of the artist, promoter and Ticketmaster.

Album was a turn of the century coffee table standard along with Play by Moby, Lemon Jelly, White Ladder by David Gray, Californication, Macy Gray, Dido, Santana and that Sting one.
Vat rate also increased for concerts in September so that’s an extra €4.50 per €100 of tickets bought.
so a €55 euro ticket last summer is now €60
If people are willing to pay €x and sell out the event then they (artist, promoter etc.) will charge that for tickets. Was one of the funny things about Coldplay tickets, hearing everybody complain about how expensive they are and the say they’ll take 3. Likewise for Taylor Swift and Springsteen. And it is rubbish at the end of the day having to fork out big but it is their right to price it how they want.
Think aviva residents get similar but aviva used far less for concerts. Residents not got freebies.
For the Garth brooks croke park shows think the residents asked for greater allotment of presale and first dibs on the steward jobs at the shows
