In a nutshell, she supported two Dem candidates in the mid-terms, and encouraged people to vote (or register to vote) without actually giving her endorsement. That said, she's said she regrets not speaking out against Trump in the 2016 election, her boyfriend appeared in a Covid Vaccine ad encouraging people to get the vaccine, and now her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is on one of the teams in the Superbowl (which means the camera has kept cutting to her in the spectators box for family/friends in NFL games that she's been at), so now the conspiracy is that if her boyfriend's team wins the Superbowl, they'll both endorse Biden and that's somehow a big conspiracy engineered by Biden to beat Trump, because Kelce will wrap up large sections of the NFL audience and Swift will wrap up sections of the youth/female audience.
Because anyone voicing their support of Trump is a free-speech patriot, but anyone voicing their support of Biden is a deep-state psy-op conspiracy to steal the country and hurt Trump who is just Jesus Incarnate.
