Has anyone been interviewd around the Louth/Meath/Monaghan/Cavan area? And if so, what was your aptitude test score? Mine was 45, and i seen here someone scored lower than this and had their interview already.

@AJ767 Yeah i believe all HSE jobs are subject to the frezee at present, I'm on the original Clerical panel of this campaign and have got no offers since october.

I don't think the result of your aptitude test makes a difference?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3 fairy23

Im only wondering about the aptitude test score as they were interviewing those who scored highest first and so on...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36 Mc123

@abbys97 hi the panel works by expressions of interest so you will receive emails about certain jobs in different areas in your county, then if its a job you want you email back expressing interest. Then if your high enough on the panel, this is based off the number you received with 1 being the best etc. But there is a recruitment freeze on now so there haven't been any offers made since October due to the freeze and there has been no information given when this will be removed.

Yeah the higher scores were supposed to be offered interviews first according to the email I got with my score. I suspect it also depends on the location you chose though. I scored 59 on the aptitude test and I haven't gotten any email yet offering me an interview. I applied for Clare.

Hi did you get any response yet? I only scored 29 on aptitude test and have heard nothing since

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17 Nel2907

Hi, what area is that do you know?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,321 ✭✭✭I am me123

    Hi,

I scored 23 on the aptitude test so I am in a similar position as yourself. I have heard nothing since the result in November.

    Thanks for reply.

    Hi @Nel2907

Usually how it works is they take the higher scores for interview first then other cohorts are interviewed after depending on numbers they need. Basically higher your score better chance you have of getting an interview and the sooner you will get one.

    Cheers for that @Mc123

As I said, its only a rumour but it came from a massively understaffed dept that were told February . It might be wrong though!!

Random question- has anyone used CareerServices.ie? I’m looking at them just to get help with aptitude tests. It’s €130 for the year but just thought I’d check and see if anyone used them before m. TIA
