That will be less future “business” for Weston, with the Gardai busting a regular operation, and a developing recession.
What do you mean by the Gardai busting a regular operation? Was this aircraft a regular visitor?
there was a huge bust there a good few years ago also. the border controls appear to be very lax.
2006? It wasn't actually at Weston.

Good to see the foundations laid by Jim Mansfield Snr. are still firmly in place.
……
What aircraft was involved ? I see newspaper reports saying it was worth €8 million yet I see pictures of a single engine Cessna
I think the heroin was worth 8mill
It was a 1968 Cessna 210.
Any idea of the reg? Didn't see anything on FR24.
Today's court hearing:

Something interesting just flew in to Weston. It wasn't on flight radar, anyone know what it was. It looked old and sounded loud.
N700TN, Beech 18. https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/N700TN/history/20240321/1154Z
Yeah I think that was it. The tail on it made it look big. Not a regular visitor to Weston?
Twin radials, they are loud and heavy sounding.
Anyone know what's going on at Weston, there has been no ATC service since early November.
I think there was a fire in the control tower so its shut down for repairs
Just had the strike master whizzing by. Jaysis it was brilliant. It must have done a fly by first because it was some speed it couldn't land going that fast. Anyone who seen it, it was amazing.
That's a run-and-break, standard for military fast-jets - always nice to watch.
That time of year again. Any updates on what planes are using Weston for bray?
