Can anyone recommend what location is good for a beginner to practice driving in Wicklow?

We're based near Arklow, having a hard time to find suitable roads/estates. Did you learn to drive anywhere appropriate in the area?

I know some driving instructors use the road beside Evelon, leave Arklow as if you are going to Inch then take the next exit at the roundabout
