I really enjoyed Blinded by the Light which aired last night on RTE. It was thoroughly enjoyable and a must see for Bruce Springsteen fans, which BTW I am not one, albeit I appreciate his music.
Great movie and well worth a watch, loved it.
As someone else recommended, Intersteller is a must-watch. You'll need to keep the concentration levels fairly high though. But it's worth it.
I liked the Batman movie that came out last year. For light hearted action - some of the Transformer movies are good. Do a search as to how they are generally ranked on google search, and watch, say, the top 4. I've seen 3 of them including new one, and they are enjoyable.
Mission impossible films of course. All good except the second one, in my opinion.
If you want more Tom Cruise, Jack Reacher movies are enjoyable.
You cant go wrong with the 3 Batman movies directed by Chris Nolan, especially The Dark Knight.
