Hi, looking for advice on this. The one linked seems perfect for what we need and great reviews, but it's 4 inch, whereas we need a 5 inch one.
Can anyone recommend a 5 inch vent, in a similar price range? Don't want to go too expensive as we need 5 of them.

Is it an older house with 5" vents?
You are aware that these cannot be used in a room where there is a fireplace/stove or the fittings for such?
It's a new build. There's no stove etc. No gas connection. Just big holes in the walls with basic grill vents over them.
Are they a problem?
Not looking to get into a discussion about the reasons for needing new vents. Just seeking recommendations.
Sorry now to go back with another question, but are you sure the diameter of the pipe is 5" (125mm) and not 4" (100mm)? They just sound awful wide for a new-build.
Measured again. They are actually 4.5 inch/115mm.
Let me correct myself: a standard vent in Ireland is 5" and not 4" as I incorrectly recalled. I measured up a black-hole vent which I have here. Sorry for the misinformation!
That vent which you found is a German manufacturer and they appear to use the 100mm spec for vents and do not supply 125mm equipment.
I was looking for adjustable wall vents such as this in the past and did not locate any suitable suppliers in the UK/IE, but yours looks like the best option out there. I'd consider going with that model and just forgo the loss of the few square mm of vent area.
Last question: I presume you don't have heat recovery ventilation or similar fitted, right?
No problem. We have central extract mechanical ventilation in the kicthen, utility and bathrooms. So you reckon it's ok to use a vent that's slightly smaller than the hole itself? The reviews are very good so might just go with it.
I bought one of them, then another, I found them perfect
The old ones I had installed if it was windy you would have a gale coming into the room. Now with these they have a filter and lets in fresh air but doesn't allow that gale in...high recommended.
I was actually going to get the following for one of the bedroom which seems to have issues with condensation and then hire the drill from HSS just to drill the hole out: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Blauberg-Condensation-Control-Passive-Intake/dp/B07772T4PS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1SQCFKKCZESKG&keywords=Passive+Wall+Intake+Vent&qid=1681025386&sprefix=passive+wall+intake+vent+%2Caps%2C57&sr=8-5
Is this to replace the linked Blauberg one in the bedroom did it not work in there?
No the bedroom doesn't have anything at the moment. So I am going to drill the hole and install one of these. I was always reluctant before because I felt it would making the room cold but I am confident now with this passive system it only lets air circulate. You can also change the amount of air flow into the room with a button on bottom.
This is the kind of vent cover I have outside on the existing two which I think I will replace as well with something similar to the combined pack
If all that makes sense :-)

If you have MEV then the passive vents in each habitable room only need to have an equivalent opening of 2500mm2. A 75mm hole will be sufficient.
Thanks for that detail @Biker1. I had a feeling that it would be a factor. Better not have larger holes to over-ventilate the place either.
So if the hole is 115mm/4.5 inch across, and the vent is 100mm/4 inch across, will that not leave a gap of 15mm meaning the vent won't be flush with the perimeter of the hole and will crest a draft?
It's a draft vent anyway and the pipe should be sealed to the wall. The new vent should overlap the hole, but if not fill the surround with some mastic.
