No ,we are just comparing it with the 3BM59 depleted uranium round that Russia have used in their tanks since they started the invasion
That's a surprisingly decent range. Now I want to know how they are guided. The company's website is a bit of a desert.
U came for nothing. Now you can just pop out
Be interested to know how many if any they actually have or if they have actually been used in Ukraine
To protect them from the horrors of war they said.
hehe
They're a horrific choice of weapon to be sending for use within civilian land, but that's war. Nobody wins this.
It's all getting a bit too much for some.
Them dirty DU shells got im!
Is this talk of DU just another example of the classic Russian tactic of blaming others for doing/using what they are actually doing/using themselves.
Genuine question as I am not au fait with such matters. Rte making a point today of attaching to the end of the piece "Russia sent a bomber to circle the sea of Japan for 7 hours in response to their PM visiting Ukraine" or to that effect.
What is the purpose of this? Am I mad to assume the purpose is to say to Japan " we are not happy about that and so here is out bomber flying around near your country"
Is that really whats behind the decision to fly around Japan or is there something more complex. Thanks.
Someone just collapsed on the Soloyev show.
It's just the schoolyard bully acting like schoolyard bullirs always do. Just in their nature, that's all. No real reasoning.
I believe it cost a fortune to stop pumping oil. So even selling at cost price but using it domestically it would probably work out at the moment.
Selling below cost to keep the flow for their own needs is going will kill them if it happens. IMO.
Did he drink the tea.?
My film of the year. 5/5
They do the same here..
'Russian nuclear bombers enter Irish airspace for second time
Despite assurances, Russian nuclear bombers entered into Irish-controlled airspace for the second time in two weeks, this time coming considerably nearer to our coast.

The Russian Tupulov Tu-95 “Bear” bombers flew as close as 25 miles from the west, south and east coast — just 12 miles outside our sovereign airspace.
The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) said the Russians didn’t notify them in advance of their presence, as is normal — despite an official from the Department of Foreign Affairs previously telling the Russian ambassador it wasn’t acceptable.
The latest incursion happened on Thursday when the bombers hugged the Irish coastline before heading towards British airspace where they were intercepted by RAF Typhoon jets near Cornwall.
They retreated the same way they had come, back around the Irish coast and over the north Atlantic towards their home base.
The IAA monitored the aircraft’s movements in Irish-controlled airspace between 3pm and 7pm when they flew at 27,000ft — above the ceiling of the Air Corps’ most modern aircraft, the Pilatus.
Two weeks ago the Russian bombers, one of which was identified as carrying a nuclear device, flew 55 miles off the Irish coast as they again tested British air defence systems near the Hebrides and in the English Channel.
The IAA refused to say if the bombers’ transponders were turned off as happened during the previous incursion, but aviation industry sources claimed they were.
An IAA spokesman maintained the bombers posed no threat to commercial airlines, even though they were flying at an altitude which could bring them into contact with some of the 1,800 aircraft which daily pass through our airspace.'
Do you think they would sell one to me in the states? Looks like I'd have to sign an NDA which is fine but even then, it seems to be for commercial use. I have a brother in law in a nearby town, we could send each other nonsense, as a test.
It's a bit more complex than just saying we are here or we can fly here ,the Kuril Islands have been disputed since the end of WW2, japanese territory that the Soviet union annexed and claimed for themselves (sounds familiar) the Russians have regular been flying over or Close to japanese territory, there has been calls for years for the Japanese to retake the island,
So it's not so simple as it sounds
Those Depleted uranium ammunition are fast
Hopefully this is true.
Dead apparently!
What simplistic nonsense. There are severe costs, but there is also most definitely winning and losing scenarios that are polar opposites with massive ramifications for the future lives and prosperity in Ukraine for centuries to come.
The landmine and unexploded ordnance problem is a considerably more serious an issue than this piddling detail of DU ammunition, which would only be a rounding error in comparison.
Of course frozen Orc assets should be used for total recompense with significant damages added.
So Putin calls out the UK for using depleted uranium in their tanks yet Russia use depleted uranium in their tanks in Ukraine???
Its very quiet here lately, media blackout before the counter offensive?
It's a message: "We may be busy in Ukraine but we can get to you too if we want to."
I think he had the fish.
I suspect the troll scripts need a bit of work. If you are any way compitent you'll know by now that most of us have our Putin-bot bingo cards at hand whenever an Orwell resident visits.
Beyond the usual quip that Boards is on it's way out, they'll need a new angle to attack...well....the truth I guess.
If the AFU are about to counter-attack, and if that attack goes well, then the bots will scream for peace. If the counter-attack enounters any push-back or reversal (which I kind of expect, even in an overall succesful military operation) I fully expect the bots to hail even the smallest Russian victory as the greatest thing ever, and proof that they'll roll on Kyiv next week.
Right now we're in a little bit of a limbo. Bakmut is a bit frozen, and unless theres's movement there I guess the bots need to bide their time.
If you boycott Unilever you will be eating grass, cleaning your teeth with twigs, washing clothes in lime, best of luck in fantasy land. Also Uniliver is one of the largest PLCs in the UK, telling us 1 person owns it is infantilely simplistic, the reality is you own part of uniliver and you are not even aware of it.
If you have money in a bank the bank have part of it invested in Uniliver, if you pay into a Pension that pension has shares in Uniliver, if you pay tax in any country the sovereign wealth fund has shares in Unilever. You are calling for a boycott on yourself.
The Russian invasion is about to culminate
Just 2 more weeks before they collapse
