All good. Your car will also be able to fast charge on any of the Tesla Superchargers. No need for any app / card / subscription as long as you have paid for the car with a card, or have added a card at some stage to your account online.
Don't worry about cancelling, there will be plenty of takers for it and as mentioned above, you can email them to get your β¬250 deposit back.

I don't get what people are saying here a white car looks worse in this sh*tty weather. Black car is harder to maintain in regards swirls and miniature scratches in the summer (looks worse close up). You don't notice that as much on a white car.
If you look at a white car from say 10 yards away it won't look cleaner than black car with similar dirt.
That like saying you'll see dirt a lot easier on a black t-shirt than a white t-shirt π€
I guess it is more about how white hides scratches, small dents ..etc . But I agree, in this weather dirt will look the same on both.
I am not sure about the red though.. I didnt see any red model y in the showroom so was looking for experience with red paint specially it is expensive upgrade!
Any plans for those colours to be available here at some point - that quicksilver is superb?
You can't get red on the rwd without losing seai grant. However I had on order originally a red model 3 and there was one in the showroom - when clean its a very nice colour, dirty not too bad, but if you have red its a rare colour in teslas in Ireland so maybe worth more in future?

I'm sure there are plans, but for now only the advanced paint shop in Berlin can do these colours. And only on Model Y LR AWD and Model Y Performance

The car dealer applies for and gets the grant. You just pay the car dealer net off the grand (per the net balance in your Tesla account). Don't worry about it. Nothing to do with you.

I had red multi coat on my Model S. Looks great. Dirt is dirt and will be noticeable on any car to those that know and are into cars.
Whatβs shite money if you donβt mind me asking. Sold mine in the last week.

I paid my deposit last night, didn't want to risk missing the grant cutoff in July. I went with Solid Black and 20" Induction wheels.
I'm starting to wonder if picking the 20" Induction wheels was the right way to go. I test-drove the RWD on the Gemini and wouldn't want to lose too much more comfort. Does anyone reckon the ride quality would deteriorate more than say 10%?

I was admiring a model 3 coming through Drumcondra yesterday morning, white/white, I'm assuming it had the Amazon/ Ali Express wheel covers on it (there was no logo on them) , they looked really well.
The Geminis will be coming off as soon as possible here too.
44k for a 221 77kwh life model (only addition was black roof) 27k kms. everything else was bog standard. No cameras, sunroof etc. Dealer bought.
Was priced far under anything else on done deal at that for 2022. Cant understand how yours would be worth anything under 40-42k. Have you it up on DD?

Hey all, sorry to ask this, i'm sure it's been discussed, was only able to find the early discussions around page 38 when it wasnt even sure if these cars were going to come from Berlin or China.
Do we know what batteries are we getting with the MY SR? Is it the LFP 60kwh? My understand is that is the best battery in terms of being able to charge up to 100% regularly and even safer from fire hazards etc?
Not up on DD yet - haven't pushed too hard yet as only got my VIN yesterday so didn't know I definitely had a Y until then! Will try it there shortly. Unfortunately I'm up the bloody walls with work as well until end Feb which doesn't help...
