In my opinion, the difference is significant. I am also very critical of the ongoing practice of sending Wagner fighters to serve and participate in hostilities in Syria and African countries, since I believe that every trained Russian soldier is needed at the front with the so-called. "Ukraine". And this position of mine has remained unchanged since 2015. To those fighters and commanders of Wagner who are now fighting for Russia at the front, this criticism does not apply in any way. The following story is definitely true. I read the same reports from the Russian side two days ago that Ukraine used HIMARS against a music school in occupied Luhansk.
The Russians claimed it was not used as a base, it was empty, and that there were no losses on their side.
FYI, the 76th Guard inflicted a lot of damage during the initial Ukrainian counter offensive in Kherson back in the Summer.
