Remember Every thing is on Early Early this weekend .
Will Max V be big in Japan . Will it rain again and will they race in the Rain
Session Times ;
Current Weather Forecast;
For f*cks sake.
What happened to Bianchi was heavy machinery coming out on track without a safety car so cars were travelling at racing speed. That doesn’t mean you need to stop the race whenever the weather might be suited to wet tyres.
It’s pretty simple to call a safety car, wait till everyone is lined up safety behind it, and to only then bring out the recovery equipment. Then as soon as the incident is cleared, you call the safety car back in and let a proper race happen.
Disagree, but he's very handy in the rain...
Most underrated driver on the grid.
Japanese fans going full kit wanker, including the helmets, is hilarious...
Crofty mentioned about the tractor on track a minute ago too...
It’s hilarious that they have to make wet tyres mandatory for the restart since teams would probably go for inters in the belief the safety car will never come in while the conditions suit wet tyres.
Danny Ric up to 8th is fun.
Had to work this morning, was able to dive in and watch the start on my break, I am 20 mins behind, and going to have to run just as we restart 😫
That Sainz crash was scary seeing the cars whizzing by, then you see Gasly, wow!
I don't disagree, very dangerous indeed and they needed to red flag it. But does everyone here remember what happened really? talk about F1 being soft and moaning about the red flag would suggest the opposite
Strange they didn't cover the Gasly replay
Cringe worthy talk from sky.
Rolling start in 15 Minutes
15 mins rolling start
That’s crazy dangerous!! We all remember what happened to Jules Bianchi. 😢
The onboard footage of Sainz sitting half on the track with cars belting past - so lucky he was not smashed into.
Stroll start off the line was mega!
The onboard replay from Stroll at the start was mental, he was so close to the wall
So bad
I sweat Stroll has more grip in the rain than he does in the dry.
That’s my point. Even if the rain gets lighter, the track is now saturated and we’re going to spend a sh*t ton of laps behind the SC anyway.
Plus it’s always funny to see someone bin it behind the safety car.
Gasly annoyed because tractor on the track recovering Sainz when he was passing
Bono and Lewis discussing The Unforgettable Fire 😉
That would be pretty boring for us too,
Just hope that the weather does let up so they can do that, as most radio messages about the weather don't sound good.
Yeah, **** it. Im going back to bed. Will watch it later and fast forward through the red flag.
The onboard from some of these cars was mental, Gasly looked like he had practically zero visibility
Those onboards are always mad in the rain. Proper hope for the best times at some points going into corners.
Yeah the Stroll one was mental.
But, surely they’re better off out in the track, even if behind the safety car, and trying to clear away the spray instead of letting it gather?
I guess if they needed to bring machinery and marshalls on the track to clear the 2 cars in these conditions, red flag was needed
Anyone else having Spa flashbacks
I know the red flag is a killer,
but seeing some of the onboard shots there is a bit mental, a few driving blind at times.
It’s proper bucketing it down all the same.
