I’m having issues with my Hik-Connect cameras are working but I can’t view them on the app saying off line do I need to pay to use this service?
It's a free service. You don't need to pay to view your cameras. Did you try the good old turn your router and CCTV off and on again?
Tried the reboot and nothing
How long ago had you them on the app working?
Not working a couple of weeks now. All is fine on the main system WiFi etc is fine
Did you try the steps they outline on their website?
Have you got this setup on the cloud or are you port forwarding?
Hi don’t think it’s set up on the cloud there for must be port forwarding any way to tell which way it’s set up?
The cloud is the handiest way to set these up if you are not use to port forwarding.
In the app, have you an IP address setup? yes or no will do and the first 3 digits.
Please don't put a full IP address on here unless its a local one of 192.168.0.100?
