Isn't satire supposed to be funny?! He's no WWN!
His problem here is he's too on the money.
OK, but not one of the tweets posted on this thread have been terribly funny.
Not suggesting you are a FFG lackey, but it's mostly those type who claim DrHarolds account is somehow unfunny. Satire doesn't work well unless there's an element of truth to the satire to begin with.
Keeping that in mind unfunny might be because often the truth hurts.
Funny makes you laugh even if you are the butt of the joke. The best type of satire is really not obvious. He just seems to trot out bad well-worn slogans but there is an audience for this stuff on Twitter. It is extremely cynical though. It reminds me of a pale imitation of some of the "cutting edge comedy" that RTE2 do and most of that is just not funny at all but people are welcome to enjoy him if that's their thing.

Troy will need resign. In Ireland if you get up to all sorts, but resign, you get a clean slate.
I'd love a government that brings in consequences for these people.
But that means all of them would have to stop the same behaviour. I can't think of a single person in the system that's not up to something on the side.
That should be the least of his worries as he might have to resign and I can't see him getting re-elected. He will be looking for a senate seat and FF might just be mad enough to give him one.
Troy's position is surely untenable now. Sad thing is, if he actually resigns, I'd guess it's more to do with his fear of what else will be uncovered on him if they keep digging, rather than him resigning due to any ethics he has.

Satire is one of the best ways to criticise current affairs and as this is a current affairs thread they must be allowed. As for dumping the same tweet three times that is not the case. I posted 3 tweets from Dr Harold News and is that a crime?

It'll benefit the country in the long run. They are losing support, so the more iffy stories shrugged off, the better. The public already had enough of them, then got another dose.

Ok from reading in the Westmeath examiner about this (not sure how to link as reading on phone)
the property that was sold in 2018 had been registered from 2011 till 2017 and only not registered in 2018 as he had sold it so mistaken thought he did not have to register it because he had no longer possession of it
the Longford property was bought, renovated and sold in 2019 was omitted mainly because he had no longer possession of it.
the third property was declared in 2019 but excluded in 2020 for some reason.
when asked how he declared it for six years and then forgot the year he sold it, the TD responded by saying he was "under the impression wrongly that you declared the property that was in your possession when you made the declaration at the end of December" and "It was an error on my part and I'm going to amend it."
