Yous knowledge of how sf operates on a policy level is shocking poor,they dont implement from top down,as its grassroots up organised (similar to gaa),the canditdate selection to best my knowledge operates from guidence topdown....people in ireland simply dont accept top-down rule,hence how turf cutting,went from dying out,to more being harvested for homeuse this year than last 30 years
