Not sure if a Putin bot or just deluded.
I've met some political activists recently (the kind that normally refer to each other as 'comrade', albeit only the older ones) and they weren't explicitly pro Putin, but were anti west re war all of a sudden. Freaks.
I read somewhere that the Russians planned to kill everyone who resisted their invasion when they took Ukraine.
There is an argument that the nazis practiced black magic in the last century.
Thought I'd read Hungary had forbidden weapons bound for Ukraine to transit its territory? e.g. below
It seems almost like at best a very weak + wavering "partner" and at worst 5th column inside the EU/NATO during this conflict. Have to say I've wondered recently about all the information they must be privy to as members of both organisations. Does it all get sent straight to the Kremlin? Perhaps that could also affect the neighbouring countries (or the US) involving Hungary very deeply in what they are up to (which they'd have to do if transiting Hungary).
@fly_agaric how ironic is the last line from that article....
".....we have to ensure the security of Hungary ... that we are not getting involved in that war," Szijjarto said after meeting Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Gervalla."
...in light of recent reports of their preparations to attempt to hive off some Ukranian teritory for themselves at the very start of the invasion.
Putin has reportedly stopped using or referring to de nazification as an excuse because apparently the population don't understand it and are just puzzled. Black magic, now there's something people can get their simple minds into. Black magic implies practitioners, so they'll be talking witch-hunts soon, just laying the groundwork first. I think the penny will drop. with more than a few, that somethings off, then.
Would be funny if true, but I don't believe that story (unless you've seen something more certain about it than me?).
I find it unlikely Russia would do that, and effectively tell them this invasion was going to happen.
I don't think Hungary is that important to Russia, or that close to them/allied with them either (to be made a sort of accomplice or accessory to their invasion plan), even if they are not being good + helpful/trustworthy members of EU/NATO during this.
more explosions in Kiev
That story may not be true but NATO and the EU certainly have a trojan horse in their midst and they'd want to be very careful with the info they make Hungary privy to. Orban will take the western shilling but cosy up to authoritarian Russia to ensure his own survival. The EU model doesn't assure him of power for the rest of his days. The Russian model does. Their feet really need to be held to the fire in terms of choosing a side. He can't run with the hounds and piss with the pups.
@Grayson - You may laugh but Nazi Wiccans are a huge threat to the world order.
@zv2 - There is an argument that the nazis practiced black magic in the last century.
Really.
Then it's reasonable to expect the next airborne attack on Mariupol to look something like this I suppose
The only Black Magic is sold in the shops.... chocolates, and very tasty they are too.
If the rumour that the operation is for cancer, I doubt he's got more than 3-4 months to live. He will without the slightest doubt, have put it off until it's way too late due to him being a control freak and worrying about the opportunity it presents to others and the impact on his image.
Steve Jobs was an 'I'm too important' type also. Conventional medical treatments were too inconvenient so he convinced himself that alternative approaches that were more accommodating to his work life were the way to go, until of course it was very clear they hadn't worked.
Modern propaganda is very hard hitting https://twitter.com/good_ukraine/status/1521416370524762113?s=20&t=RaBprKBGTCGvyMaWgaekXA
Black Magic are owned by Nestle, so they would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
You'd love to see a MOAB dropped right in the middle of them and be done with it.
"Today I will announce Total War against the Ukrainian Nazis..... BOOM!!
Hungary (a NATO country) shooting down an Ukranian plane on putins request?? 😆😆
Can you at least provide a source displaying concern for the theory posted above ?
For someone who claims not to know about the conflict I don't know why you are commenting either.
Two months ago the entire country was on the precipice of falling under Putin's control. We now know from occupied territories what this would have meant for the entire of Ukraine; systematic rape and killings and torture, filtration camps, state theft of resources (the Russians are shipping thousands of tons of grain from occupied areas), kidnap and murder of officials, loss of freedoms, rights and democratic structure, the machinations of totalitarianism installed, enforced use of the rouble/Russian language/education, babies being born being issued Russian birth certificates. One of the Ukrainian presidential advisors predicted all of this in an interview years ago, the Ukrainians knew this was going to happen
Zelensky is a democratically elected leader, he has the universal support of his parliament and polls have shown overwhelming support from the population for his actions to resist Russia's invasion (90+%)
The Ukrainian military has stalled the Russian advance and pushed it back, inflicting eye-watering losses on the Russian military, currently Moscow controls only around 15% of Ukraine (albeit some critical points, e.g. southern ports). Everyone is aware of the future possibilities, a long war, a frozen conflict, etc
The viewpoint that Zelensky should have capitulated (Russia has offered nothing else) under those circumstances is very bizarre and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the overall situation
They seem to have had an interest in the occult, no doubt in the hope of immortality and greater power.
Nah, that's pretty much utter scutter. Himmler had some interest in it, but more along the "Ancient Aryan", dress up Wagnerian medieval knights mythos and symbolism than "black magic" and the majority in the rank and file and heirarchy thought him a bit daft even for that minor interest. The nazi black magic stuff is up there with them having and testing atomic bombs and antigravity UFO's.
shelling all along the line of contact in Donbas
The latest news today, which would appear to be from inside knowledge, is that Putin will undergo surgery for cancer. His "stand-in" is rumoured to be a more insidious person than Putin.
“Patrushev is an outright villain. He is no better than Vladimir Putin. Moreover, he is a more cunning, and I would say, more insidious person than Vladimir Putin. If he comes to power, Russians’ problems will only multiply.”
Russian propagandists must be going,
"This Nazi angle is getting a bit stale. What can we do to zhush things up?"
".... Um. Maybe we could say they're witches?"
"F*cking promote that man."
My thoughts exactly although I'm rather partial to napalm.
Hitler claimed he was guided by his 'astrologers'.
People are totally blind to these points and think Russia would need to push through all of europe to get this far west.
look at the world from the N. Pole down. Its a straight run from Russias arctic ports to the SW of Ireland where the anti ship missile gap is.
*takes bump of cocaine in Kremlin conference room*
"Witches man... they're f*cking spooky as. We'll tell everybody they're witches. Yeah."
The Germans really do have some crackers when it comes to marching songs
The antigravity thing has some basis in fact, they were messing about with that stuff, no ones sure how far they got.
To emphasize an earlier point
Yeah Erika is pretty good. Think its actually about some wildflowers or a girl or something harmless. But it is catchy.
It's almost like they thought, 'this shít is too good to waste and not have a war'
