I just transferred money to my Revolut account using my Ulster Bank card via Google Pay. Went through first time. Just chanced it.
Could the valid reason be "I'm poor and need this money for food/transport/basic necessities".
Eventually got the number but not from One4All.
They charge €8 euro per card cashed in unless the card is within the 14 day period whereby there is no penalty.
But, boy do they make you jump through hoops to cash them in.
Rang them today and this is how it went,
My passport expired recently and I used my driving license. It took a few attempts as they kept saying there was a glare on it.
Long shot but has anyone used their revolut account to pay direct debit for AA Membership? I'm trying to switch from UB to Revolut and AA are saying that if I want to use a revolut account I will have to be put on a different system and won;t have the option of automatic renewal in the future. I've asked them to clarify exactly what that means, but it seems a bit OTT.
Contact support in app and speak with a live agent, driving license is a possibility as I did myself recently when updating expired ID. Have a chat with them see if they can assist

According to this it says "Driving license is also not accepted due to our regulatory requirements - at the moment only Passport or Passport Card can be used for the verification process of our Irish customers."
They do, I had to update my ID on the app recently because my passport expired, it is possible, they give 3 different options. Edit: sorry just saw you correctted your post but I'll just leave this here anyway
I don’t, not sure they advertise it. It’s in their terms and conditions on their site though. Think it cost maybe €10 from the €500 card.

No they do, it's one of the options on their list. That's not the problem.
And she wasn't planning on getting a new passport so getting just to verify with Revolut would be a pain.
Revolut won't accept a driving licence any more so she'll need to wait for the new passport to arrive and verify using that
My mams passport has expired so Revolut needs her to verify her ID again. She hasn't got a new passport so she's trying with her driving license.

I used to have an account with Ulster Bank in the same branch as my employer had their account that wages were paid from. Sometimes my salary would be in my account by 6pm the day before pay day.
It hasn't worked yet, have never tried it in the past, I think one4all may have put a stop to it.
The one4all are a real pain in the ass
Never new you could transfer from one4all voucher to Revolut...
Does it automatically take the hit (€5 or €8 or whatever it is) during transfer or how does it work?
Having the same issue depositing from both AIB and BOI, also tried a one4all voucher, none of them worked

Tried to take money out earlier with Revolut card and they wanted to charge €2.95.
Thought it was just because amount was over €100 but tried lower amount and still the same.
