Problems canceling an app subscription on my I phone

On sure if this is the correct place to post this here so I would appreciate if it’s not to move it elsewhere

i recently purchased an subscription app on my I phone for one week but now when I try to cancel the subscription I’m not able as it says the app can’t be found, how can I sort this problem? Contact apple?

Hmmm, try deleting the app and installing it again? Then going to subscriptions on the App Store app and cancelling it there.

I was thinking that but cancelling the card would that mean my subscription is canceled or would I be running up an unpaid bill?

You already said you tried to cancel so i was assuming they did not process... if you have a contract you will have to pay or a penalty... no contract do as you please once you can confirm later you asked to cancel... most of these crowds are tricky...

Probably better contacting the app provider. They should have contact details on the App Store.

OP _ when you do view the subscription in settings, <your name>, subscriptions. Do the subscription show up?

If so, what actions do you have regarding the subscription.

Thanks for all the advice,I rang the apple helpline and they cancelled the subscription for me👍
