Most NATO assets work with their transponders on, just specific one's don't.
Probably to their own population. It gives some plausible deniability. That's all they need

Black Hawks do show up on FR24 from time to time, there are other better ways of tracking military aircraft, again have never seen any cross over Ukrainian borders since the war started though some have flown pretty close.
The problem is no one can share any evidence to back up their claims that Global Hawks or Black Hawks etc have flown into Ukrainian airspace, saying "I've seen them" type of comments is not enough, tell us when these flights have happened - there are ways of then verifying if true.
Kharkiv earlier today apparently, fair play to that medic staying put (and obviously whoever was filming) as everyone else scrambles, the medic attending the person on the left wasn't so brave:-
My village is twenty minutes from where the US military and NATO forces are based outside the two main base of rzeszow and przymish.
Canadian forces to arrive next week to assist with helping the refugees.
It doesn't bother me if you don't believe if they fly in or not.
We see them almost daily it's a bit of a running joke locally that we don't see them at all because the powers that be say they are not flying into the Ukraine.
Sometimes there so low you swear they would blow the roofs of our houses.
Also frequently see a polish medivac helicopter fly in and out even though the polish ministry of defence denying that they are doing any.
I have nothing to gain by telling lies.
That little dog deserves a medal!
Polish came out the other day saying they were treating Ukrainian soldiers... they have to get out of the country somehow..
The flyaway cost for an RQ-4 Global Hawk is some $100+ million. How much do you think a top secret stealth version of such a UAV might cost?
And you think the US would risk flying it over Russian forces on a war footing? Fighting a war that the US has proven it isn't even remotely interested in getting directly involved in?
Utter madness. Just a little reminder of US's track record of using top secret spy planes over Russian controlled territory: 1960 U-2 Incident. And a reminder of the US's track record with stealth UAVs like the RQ-170: Iran-U.S. RQ-170 Incident
And it would be even more insane considering they already have pretty good coverage over Ukraine by flying overt ISR missions over the Black Sea and neighbouring countries.
Is it possible? Sure. Is it likely? I very much doubt it.
Yes that's a good point; it can potentially hit targets a few extra kms away with a JDAM munition. A number of issues though:
So I don't think JDAMs or GBUs really solve any of the main issues against using the Reaper over Ukraine; and as stated the Predator can't even carry them.
Don’t take any heed of what randomers on the net say, as if anything of any importance is going to be leaked to the public. Slava Ukraini
Why am I not shocked that he's a terrier. 😁
The West's inaction has sent a very clear message to all nuclear capable countries, as well as a host of rogue nations who aspire to that status. That message is that you can hold the world to ransom and pretty much do as you want as we're scared of confrontation and would rather watch the certain death of billions both now and in all the future wars to come, rather than take the very minuscule risk that billions would die now as a result of simply intervening in Ukraine to end the war, and setting a precedent for thereafter.
So fringe lunatic Kim will be one of the first to furiously speed up his nuclear program. Tactical, low yield nukes for now, but 5, 10, 20 years time it will be long range devastating nukes. And many more nations will go the same way, unfortunately some not in the name of defence but emboldened by the power that Putin has demonstrated they can hold over other countries just by having two simple things: nukes and threats.
We actually bring the risk of nuclear confrontation nearer, the more we shy away from it.
From todays news:
A less unlikely and desirable situation would be a bullet in Lukashenko's head and his replacement by a Ukr. friendly leader. That would be something.
Unless you have been in a similar situation, don't be so quick to criticize. Takes a cool head and a brave man to hold your ground in a situation like this. I would not blame any of them, they've seen too many times what can happen, not only do you have the injured, but the responders dead or injured too, and that helps no one.
Another $50m loss to the Orcs today:
"an anti-aircraft missile unit of the Ukrainian Air Force shot down a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber as it attempted to attack Mykolaiv. The total enemy losses last night alone amounted to 70 soldiers and seven units of equipment." https://www.ukrinform.net/rubric-ato/3453824-ukraine-army-shoots-down-russian-su34-fighter-jet-near-mykolaiv.html
Not confirmed that the 'true cross' relic was recovered.
Unfortunately now that strategic bombers have been confirmed over Mariupol it isn't quite the bluff it was before.
It seems very likely they're going to be using Fuel Air munitions and carpet bombing to raze Azovstal to the ground; even the underground tunnel system wouldn't be likely to offer safety from these munitions.
Also rather notable is the fact that Azov social media haven't posted anything from Mariupol since April 14th; whereas until this point they were posting daily. I suspect things are very hairy for the Ukrainians left in the area.
Whether it's with a scrap dealer in a transit, being able to skateboard, sniffing drugs, sniffing bombs, being a lead in an oscar-winning film... Jack Russells are way over-represented in just about every category. :D
He's even got his own Instagram account 😁

And it only takes one actual lunatic (which I don't believe Kim is in fairness, or any current leader of a nuclear or nuclear-aspiring power) in charge of one of those countries at one point in history to send the world (or a big chunk of it) to hell...
Indeed I would say a FAB 500 or FAB 9000 will be used, there will be no one left in the plant, in fact there will be no plant left either, nothing.
I'd hate to be on the business end of this thing - https://twitter.com/VladislavMoham/status/1515058187250057231?s=20&t=DlvYJ4_wZBcz_HJew9qPZQ
The West's inaction. Would you ever give it a bloody rest with the hysterics. We're not watching the "certain death of billions now or in future war to come". FFS, what are you smoking? Over a half a million people have been killed in Syria in yet another proxy war with both Russian and Western involvement and I don't recall you clutching your breast too hard about that, or suggesting nuclear armageddon was a risk worth taking to stop it. And no it's not whataboutism, or any other impotent ploy you wish to attempt to deflect from the hysterics of your position. You and those like you won't be satisfied until NATO escalates thing into WW3, while you lay safe behind your keyboards pledging support over something you had near zero clue about a scant few months ago awaiting twitter feeds for numbers and memes as a distraction and something to talk about.
The FACTS: Millions in arms and other help are flooding into Ukraine on a daily basis and it'll end up being billions. Millions of her refugees have been welcomed with open arms. The largest sanctions in world history have been applied to Russia and putin's bullyboys overseas. And those sanctions will increase. Their economy is in a nose dive, their currency propped up by spit and prayer, their overseas asssets frozen, they're a blonde one away from default, about their only lifeline their gas and that will be squeezed too, their airline industry is a shambles, their shipping industry ditto, their standing in international politics and diplomacy is mud and will remain so, their army shown up for the paper tiger it is and their enemy Ukraine will emerge from this far better than it was and far better than Russia will ever be for a generation. Another Iron Curtain has come down alright, but this time it's the same West's "inaction" that is dropping it.
So you're saying that you've personally seen Polish and US helicopters flying over the Ukrainian border and into Ukraine regularly?
I mean obviously you're going to see and hear helicopters if you're anywhere near Rzeszów; in fact there was a US Black Hawk flying around that area over the past hour or so. There have also been medevacs confirmed as you say; but flight data shows they landed next to the Ukraine border or at clinics in Poland close to the border: they didn't actually cross the border.
"You and those like you won't be satisfied until NATO escalates thing into WW3, while you lay safe behind your keyboards pledging support over something you had near zero clue about a scant few months ago awaiting twitter feeds for numbers and memes as a distraction and something to talk about."
Don't worry, they are well prepared for WW3:-
