I have no problem with that point of view. Realistically, the only person I know that definitely didn't kill her is myself.
All the rest is subjective hearsay.
My reasoning for ruling Ian Bailey out of the equation, is purely down to the lack of hard evidence and independent thinking.
Sophie was a film maker, with five star connections, Bailey couldn't resist bragging about her if he had met her.. Couple that with the fact that they were never seen together, nor anyone ever quoted Bailey as speaking of her... Say no more.
So, as this is a forum for debating the said topic, will you present your reasoning, as to why you think Ian Bailey murdered Sophie Tuscan Du Plantier?

I am not looking to argue with you, nor belittle your opinions. I seek only that you present a clear reasoning why to think Ian Bailey is guilty of such a terrible crime..

What political pressure might that be now? If it is, it only took them 20 years to start putting it on.
It's just over 4 years since Bailey lost his high court case and appeal, because we don't do miscarriages of justice in Ireland. Then STDP's 'family' decided to double down on the bullshit with a conviction and requests for extradition. Is that because after 20 years the French 'political' system decided to go after him or because they didn't want any snooping around this case in France, the kind they'd seen during Bailey's high court case?
They are supposed to be, yeah. Of course, they claim the case was never closed, but let's be honest it's only political pressure from the French that's steering this decision.
Who wouldn't give new statements?
Wasn't there a statement from the police that they were either re-opening the case or looking into the case again? Was there a time frame given? I also recall they wouldn't give any statements unless there was some form of new evidence?

So, in my opinion, we have exhausted nearly every aspect of this case.
And I have learnt so much from all the other contributors, so many different feeds, it was difficult to keep up with at times.
The guys that were convinced Bailey was the murderer, they contributed great content as well.
So many different theories, so many different potential suspects, so many loose ends... That's probably why the whole damn story is so gripping..?
I feel the next chapter is yet still to come..
The Irish & French Governments becoming joined at the hip... The cold case reopened shortly afterwards.. The latest gossip doing the rounds, the calm before the storm ???

He was only starting here when the murder happened .when he arrived in cork first he worked in a factory. He was starting as a stringer. Also he left the UK because he did not like the journalism world so may have been uncertain about getting into it again.
