God, could you have done with a few less? I would have gotten two but they've limited orders to one per customer now.
It's mouthwash. I could have done with none at all.
This stuff is not for every day use. It's for people with gum/ ulcer problems.
Chlorhexidine digluconate at a concentration of 0.2%w/v if used too frequently will stain your teeth. If an area of gum is sore then rub the liquid onto the area for a few days.
Also do not brush your teeth before or after using this as the residual toothpaste will neutralise the benefits of it. In between normal brushing times is ideal.
If you need 10 bottles of this then you need to see a dentist badly.
Yeah its like the medicinal version, I took it for a bottle then moved onto the "normal" stuff
