What were those injections for and did you subsequently get any of the conditions they were designed to protect you from, or any long term side effects?
They should and they DO for employment, been the case for decades. most employers nowadays require that their new hires complete a medical, or a health questionnaire or both. Should I spend 10,000 euros hiring and training a person, for them two months into their employment tell me “ ohhh btw, I have cancer, it’s progressed to stage whatever, I’m signed off indefinitely as I need intensive treatment. Also in my contract if you are diagnosed with a condition that may impact your ability to do your job the company should be notified.
