Glad it's on a Sunday so properly treat myself. Might have a full Sunday roast with turkey if weather cools down a bit by then.

Just back from a day at keel beach in Achill and couldn't agree more... fabulous warm and sunny day... thank god for air conditioning in cars!!

Had a lovely sunny day, lots of ice-cream and a nice outdoor dinner.
Practiced my Christmas carols on the piano for a while this evening, watched Virgin River on Netflix, and and topped the day off by listening to Christmas FM tonight before going to bed. 🙂

Ended up having the chicken roast on Sat and was ice cream yesterday!
They keep saying the heatwave is going to end and it just keeps rolling on!

Use to be my pay day as well, till new company moved it to last working day of the month. Been a few months now and still not use to it!
Same... ours is the last Wednesday of the month where all 5 working days of that week are in the same month (yeah, took me a while to work it out too!)
My Mrs is the same, she hates it... quite often I'm paid nearly a week before she is and it drives her nuts 😀
My OH and I both work for the same company so was a double whammy when it happened!
