It's in Bettystown, and the name comes from the historic Eastham House nearby. There's also an Eastham Road, Eastham Park, Eastham Crescent and Eastham Village in the locality.

Myhome still haven't fixed their google maps integration. its been broken for quite a while.

No, I think the poster visited the link to the Mayfield development in Chapelizod (https://www.ashcroft.ie/mayfield) posted earlier, and then saw the Eastham Heights development (which is in Bettystown) by the same developer on the website and commented on that.

I would love to live there. Right next to the park. An easy cycle to the city centre. Great view of the liffey. It's a lovely area.

A bit too colourful for my taste, but it's not the worse I've seen.

The wallpaper isn’t to my taste, but it looks like a house that a family enjoyed life in. And as such, a part of me thinks it’s a little sad that the next owners will likely strip out the wallpaper (as I would myself). The place has character, and it made me smile.

I can actually appreciate the house. Yes, there is an awful lot of colour, but it is really well executed.
Would I want to live in it ? Not at this stage in my life, where I've gone more tranquil with whites and muted colours.

The wallpapers are actually really nice, but then they Crayola bombed the whole house on top of it and made it really creepy. like Hansel and Gretel scene

The office is just about the only room in that house that wouldn't give me a headache.

What I find most interesting about all these higher end houses, they are full of knick-knacks and ****e all round the place. Easy to see that the owner does not have to do the hoovering and dusting. If they did, there's no way they fill it up with all that crap.
