I finally got in on the third attempt. Do you have any idea at all how infuriating this incredibly poor usability is? I've ~8 accounts with BOI, and have just closed one that I had for more than twenty years. I am now close to looking at moving away completely.

An added security feature when logging in online would be to receive a push notification to your security device.
